Usually I paint fantasy subjects so hte URSA was an interesting challenge. The first thing that comes in mind about the painting scheme was the nice tutorial on Robert's site (http://www.geocities.com/rob_jedi) about the "How to Cracked Armour"

I have decided to use this scheme as camouflage using a Vallejo Black Green as base and drawing the lines with Vallejo Black. Then I have highlighted the different zones with Vallejo Olive Green and Reaper Slime colors. Some parts were painted with Citadel Shadow Grey and Vallejo Carmine Red to make them stand out and I have used Citadel Beaten Copper for some metal parts, just because I rarely use it.

The logo comes in my mind thinking about URSA... it means "Bear" in Latin so a Teddy bear logo seems appropriate.
